As a child, one of the most thrilling activities was launching paper airplanes we crafted ourselves. Some flights soared far and wide, while others fell shorter, but the excitement and joy of the activity never waned. We could spend hours engrossed in this simple pleasure, and the more inventive among us even added features like tails, fenders, and other details inspired by real aircraft. Though these modifications often slowed the plane’s flight and never extended it significantly, they never dulled our enthusiasm. It would be wonderful to revisit those days and send a paper airplane on another captivating flight through the skies.
